Researchers at the University of Zurich found that the use of interactive technology made it easier for people to visualize and understand the details of a case and make a decision regarding whether a suspect was guilty or not.

The meditation experience can reduce stress and anxiety from daily life, according to research published in the American Journal of Psychiatry.
