Metal in Mac

Metal is a low-level, low-overhead hardware-accelerated graphics API (Application Program Interface) that debuted in iOS 8. Now it will be made available for Mac systems as well and this will result in never before gaming experience with an increase of 50 percent graphic rendering.

Improved Spotlight

The improvement is that El Capitan allows contextual way of searching. For instance, if the user searches like “document I wrote last week about puppies” then the search result will be the document he is looking for. This feature can be used to find any sort of files and it is available on iPhone as well.
