Suggest Changes in Someone Else's Documents

If you are working on a group project using Google Doc, and you want to suggest changes in the document. You can advice the change without permanently altering it if you have the commenting access. This can be done by following the below steps:

# Just click on the little pencil icon on the left

# Select suggesting option

# Now write out the suggestion you want to.

This mode is like the track changes in Microsoft Word that let you keep the changes just by accepting it.

 Add Royalty-Free Images to Documents and Presentations

You can liven up your presentation in Google Docs by including image. You can either add up the images stored in your computer or can search from the Google database for a load of royalty free images.

In order to add the images:

# First click on insert option at the top

# Then on image

# Now you will be given space to upload from computer or take a snapshot or search

# Just search for images that suit your presentation and type the keyword, tick the image and click on select option at bottom.
