Bloomberg puts together a list of the most popular CEOs from U.S. public companies, based on a survey done by Glassdoor. #1.LinkedIn’s Jeff Weiner

Approval rating: 99.5 percent

Market cap: $24.9 billion

Revenue (2013): $1.53 billion

Jeff Weiner is the CEO of LinkedIn, the world’s largest and most powerful network of professionals. Jeff joined LinkedIn in December 2008 and under his leadership, LinkedIn has rapidly expanded its global platform to 23 languages and 30 offices around the world. It has grown its membership base from 33 million to more than 332 million members with nearly 6,000 employees.

#2.Qualcomm’s Paul Jacobs

Approval rating: 94.8 percent

Market cap: $129.6 billion

Revenue (2013): $24.9 billion

Dr. Jacobs joined Qualcomm as an engineer in the wireless technology development group in 1990. He then served as the CEO from July 2005 to March 2014 and was appointed chairman in 2009. He was responsible for helping guide the development of new technologies and Qualcomm’s long-term opportunities. In 2014, Jacobs was recognized by Qualcomm employees via Glassdoor's annual survey as among "the top 10 CEOs at U.S. Tech Companies."
