N Chandrasekaran’s compensation grew 20% to Rs 25.6 crore during the financial year 2015-16. This lump sum amount excludes his one-time special bonus of Rs 10 crore. He received Rs 2.28 crore as salary, Rs 2.64 crore as perquisites and Rs 19 crore as commission and Rs 1.73 crore in other allowances. He was the former COO and executive director of TCS.

3. Vishal Sikka, CEO, Infosys

Vishal Sikka churned a humungous amount of Rs 49 Crore salary during the year 2015-16, according to Infosys’s annual report. The amount is inclusive of a variable pay of $4.33 million and RSUs–Restricted Stock Units, granted to him that are valued at $2 million.
