BENGALURU: Infrastructure Company, Riverbed Technology expands its new global R&D team in Indiaat Bangalore. The largest hub outside the U.S., this new R&D center will be led byKartikSubbanna, Vice President of Engineering. The extended team will be dedicated in solving the fundamental challenges faced by the businesses associated with information technology (IT) performance across wide area networks (WANs). It also announces the three-fold extension of the local engineering team in order to accelerate delivery of next generation cloud networking and application performance solutions worldwide.

Commenting on the expansion, Jerry M. Since going private in April 2015, the company is dedicating 15 percent of its revenue in R&D for innovating new products to address the demand for a different approach in networking.
