Ease of Group Sharing with Spaces

BENGALURU: Friendly group conversations have become an increasingly popular way to communicate with friends, colleagues or family. Replacing single conversations, group chats aid in better discussions and coordination with a larger set of people. However, very often the textual memory gets lost in the endless thread of conversation. Sharing content with a group involves switching applications to copy and paste links which makes the conversation a tedious task. For retaining the memory and experiencing the joy of sharing, Google has released Spaces, a new app for sharing content and messages over a small group, reports NDTV Gadgets 360.

The application allows the user to create a space with a single click or a tap for any topic and invite anyone through messaging, email, social network, or any other means. “With Spaces, it’s simple to find and share articles, videos and images without leaving the app, since Google Search, YouTube, and Chrome come built in,” said Luke Wroblewski, Product Director of Google, in a blog post.

If anyone shares a picture or a message in your space, the application provides conversational view to make sure you don’t miss any moment. These memories that include comments, videos, pictures and much more in a single thread—can be accessed at any time with just a quick search in the particular space. The application is available for Android, iOS, desktop, and mobile web for all Gmail accounts and is ready to bring in a new way of group sharing.
