Apple iOS 8.4 Beta: A Full Revamp Of Music App


BANGALORE: What is Apple planning to do with its music offerings including iTunes and Beats?  Talks have been going around speculating Apple’s plans, whether it will merge iTunes and Beats to come up with a new streaming service, reports TechRadar.

Or taking iTunes as a whole without Beats make it the new streaming service; these queries are yet to be answered. The latest developer beta version of iOS 8.4 which was released today has not answered the questions but indicated to the upcoming changes.

The update comes with a completely re-designed version of the music app with a revamped interface and new features according to official reports. You can customize to your wish add custom images and descriptions to the playlists and also a recently added section.

Also a new mini player at the side while you browse through the music library and iTunes has been streamlined giving indication of changes to come. The recent iOS 8.3 update notable additions being wide emoji diversity. The new iOS 8.4 is to feature the debut of new Beats Music Service which is yet to be unveiled.
