According to reports most of the porn websites are one of the popular channels for spreading malware. Users are tricked into downloading various apps related to porn while they are browsing these websites, which greatly increases the possibility of exposing their mobile device to infecting new viruses.  Based on the information from a famous porn website, India stands at third place in terms of global porn viewership which adds up the vulnerabilities. Here are few scenarios where the users might experience deceptive advertising on their mobile devices:

Charging phone

When users turn on or start charging the phones, the virus is prompted to display full-screen advertisement. The virus will start downloading unnecessary apps or even malwares to the device once the user clicks on the advertisement where a choice of exit is denied in most cases.

During Installation on removal of Apps

When users try to install or uninstall apps, the virus triggers ads which are commonly disguised as return and close icons. While in most of the cases the user has no choice but to click on the ad which will automatically download unnecessary apps or viruses.
