2015: A New Year With Exciting New Products
The Oculus Rift:
A virtual reality head set, this is what Oculus Rift is all about. Oculus is now owned by Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook. Though the device will initially be sold as a gaming device, Facebook plans on expanding it later, making it suitable for social networks and interactive movies.
Sony Headset:
Sony, one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world will be releasing a whole new headset device. Under the project called Project Morpheus, Sony will launch a Virtual Reality headset for PS 4 devices before the end of 2015. This headset is likely to bring a whole new experience to the gaming world.
Apple Beats:
Apple bought the illustrious headset company Beats from Dr.Dre earlier this year. Apple is planning on integrating it with iTunes. If this integration between Beats music and iTunes is done, it is sure to bring a big competition to other streaming companies. They also plan to make their music streaming services cheaper to compete with services like Spotify.
HTC One:
Hailed as one of the best phones released this year, HTC One was considered as the only phone to be able to compete with Apple’s iPhones. HTC incorporate some of the best technology and design to the phone that left critics applauding the make of this product. Well, HTC is not done yet. Rumor has it that a third iteration of the HTC One will be released in 2015. This phone if released will be giving many mobile makers a run for their money.
