10 Consumer Tech Trends for 2016 and Future


BANGALORE: Artificial intelligence in present day world stands on different turf from the older format, where computers were just made to comprehend what humans were saying. Computer scientists have now been pursuing artificial intelligence where computers are utilized to simulate human thinking, both Google's and Microsoft's search services now respond to voice commands.

According to a report by Ericsson ConsumerLab, Consumers have the notion that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will soon interact with objects without the use of smartphone screens.

Eight out of 10 consumers have expressed their approval for technology enhancement to develop their memory, vision and hearing, reports ET.

 

Online services

 

Four out of five people believe they are benefiting from the advancements of technology, one being online services that had gradually picked up momentum as more and more people are making use of it.  A good 33pct of consumers across the globe are already partaking in different types of sharing economy.

 

Teenagers addiction

 

A majority of teenagers make use of the YouTube video content on a regular basis than any other age group. A good 46pct of teenagers between the age group of 16-19 years spend a good number of hours on YouTube on a daily basis.
